Delete your account

You can delete your Paisa account and its data at any time.

How to ask

Email privacy@trackpaisa.app from the Google account you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by email and delete within 30 days.

A Delete account button in the app (More → Settings) and on the web dashboard (Settings → Profile) is coming; this page will list those steps when it ships.

What gets deleted

Your account: name, email, sign-in sessions and notification tokens.
If you are the only member of your household: the whole household, with every transaction, account, budget, goal, debt, net worth entry, investment and setting.
If others are in your household: your membership. Shared records stay with the remaining members, since they are theirs too.
Copies in backups, within 30 days.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. We may keep a count that an account was deleted, with no name or email.

Before you delete

Export your transactions as CSV from the web dashboard (Transactions → Export) if you want a copy. Deleting can’t be undone.
